Paul Smith is Hitting the Road!

"Dat" of the infamous "Dis and Dat Show" will no longer be half of the fun Sunday Afternoon team. The previous host of the "Polka Show", Paul has been doing the "Dis and Dat Show" with Joe Stevens (Dis) for sometime now. We are sad to say Paul is leaving the island. All of us here at KMXT bid him adieu and wish him all the best in his travels.
Not to worry Sunday afternoon listeners, Joe will continue the show. Whether it is Dis alone or a new Dat joins in, The Show Must Go On!
Hey Joe, are Max and Harvey going with Paul? Guess we will have to tune in to find out:)

Two Exciting KMXT Fundraising Events!

Both of these events help Support YOUR Public Radio Station. Come have fun enjoy good company and great entertainment, and best of all, support KMXT! See you there!

Arizona Visit

I went to visit an old friend from Kodiak, luckily she lives in Arizona so I got to spend some time in the sun. They thought it was cold in the mid 60's, HA! My friend kept apologizing about the cold, she seems to have forgotten what Kodiak winters are like. The top photo is Sedona, where it was snowing, the second Scottsdale, the Cactus is a "Fishhook Cactus" the thorns were literally used as fish hooks and the last a beautiful sunset outside of Wickenberg.
