Things are busy at KMXT!

Things are moving along at a fast pace here at the Station, with a flurry of events in September and October. Not to mention the on-air shifts available too!

On September 11th the Community Advisory Board will meet after a summer hiatus. Thats at 6:30 p.m. here at the station and the public is always invited.

The Kodiak Public Broadcasting Corporation Annual Membership meeting is Saturday September 15th

and during the last week of September we have Crossing Guard Duty. It is a fund raiser for the station and we could use your help with it. If you are available in the morning or afternoon that week please, e-mail or give me a call to sign up for a shift.

In October things continue to stay busy. There will be a On-air volunteer training begining Monday October 1st which will run for two weeks. We will meet three times each week

Mondays the 1st and 8th 6:30 to 9 ,

Thursdays the 4th and 11th 6:30 to 9

and

Saturdays the 6th and 13th from 10 to 12:30

The Fall On-air Fund drive begins Monday October 15th.

And as always please check out the Volunteer Schedule linked to this blog to see what shifts are open. Then sign up for the ones you want! OK , that's the latest.
